New Sixth Form Club, Oundle School
Overview:
This purpose built facility was developed to be primarily used for the preparation of meals and dining for the students of the school. The school runs many high profile events which must also be catered for using these facilities. The construction involved the use of specialist contractors for the installation of state-of-the-art catering facilities, including a high-specification mechanical and electrical installation. The project itself was governed by strict timelines in order to suit school holidays. With the accurate scheduling of materials and processes the project was completed on time and on budget.

Overview:
This large 7 bedroom detached dwelling was constructed from traditional materials including solid limestone, welsh slate roofing, stone mullion windows and traditional oak panel doors.

Overview:
This development involved the design and construction of 18no. warden controlled retirement dwellings. Each property was built using quality stone and slate to remain consistent with the long established village. Each property consisted of two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining room. The properties featured communal gardens covering approximately 2 acres which were specifically designed and fully landscaped to ensure that the properties maintain a country feel.

Overview:
