The Project

This Design and Build project involved the construction of a striking seven-bedroom detached country residence set within a two-acre rural plot near Oundle. The property was built using the finest traditional materials solid Northamptonshire limestone, Welsh slate roofing, stone mullion windows and traditional oak panel doors to create a home of exceptional character and quality.

The main residence is complemented by a detached building housing four garages and a games room and bar, all built to match the main house in materials and quality. The two-acre plot provided the opportunity to create a distinctive rural home that sits comfortably in the East Northamptonshire countryside while offering all the space and amenity of a contemporary family home.
