- Hold the appropriate accreditations and insurances for the work they carry out
- Operate safe, well-managed sites and supply chains
- Are CHAS-registered or equivalent, and can demonstrate compliance with our health and safety requirements
- Are responsive, reliable and communicate clearly
- Share our commitment to doing things properly the first time
